Families! Don't forget that Cherry Street is one way going south during school hours. Lights will be flashing from 7:30-8:30 and 3:00-4:00. Please remember to enter the Elementary Parking Lot from Cherry Street. After 7:50, students should exit cars ONLY from the passenger side of the vehicle in the drive thru lane. The drive thru lane is NOT for parking. We are all working together to make the parking lot safe for drivers and pedestrians, please drive carefully. We can't wait to see you tomorrow!
The track is not ready for walking club! Please have your sixth grader meet their teacher on the elementary playground in the morning. They will plan to come inside at 8:00 AM. Please try to drop off between 7:50-8:00 AM.

We wanted to let you know that the track at Louisville Public Schools will be closed starting today while a new surface is being applied over the course of the next few weeks. This project will help ensure a safe, high quality space for our students and community to enjoy for years to come. We know that many patrons enjoy walking, running, and using our track facilities, but we are asking that we all refrain from using the track while this work is being completed. Please know that there will be a time where the surface may appear to be useable. We have been instructed that there is a "curing period" where we must continue to stay off of the surface to ensure proper application.
We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time and will share an update once the track is ready to reopen.
